The coach helps the client find answers and alternatives, but ultimately, it's up to them to decide how to proceed. Consulting services, on the other hand, provide instruction on how to solve problems. They are more of a one-way street approach where the consultant assesses the problem/issue and provides the client a plan of action to address it.

A personal trainer will help you develop an effective exercise and nutrition plan geared towards your specific goals; ensuring that it fits your lifestyle and schedule. They will also show you how to train safely, avoiding injuries at all costs so you can see results.
